• Assisted candidates in creating successful messaging, plans, and campaign strategy
• Was a founding member of a PAC whose mission was to recruit women to run for office in Southeastern Tennessee
• Trainer/Speaker/Consultant with over twenty years in training and human resource development
• M.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University
• B.A. in Psychology from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
• MBTI® certified practitioner
• Certified DDI facilitator
• Experience developing, designing, and delivering soft skill training classes or workshops, team building events and leadership programs based on client’s specified needs
